Problem delivery

Hello, 
I have a problem with my delivery, I alraydy sent you a message and you said me to go to my post office. They said to me that the order has been sent back to sender… I didn’t know that my order was to the post because I didn’t receive a notice by bpost  
It is possible to reprogram a delivery ??
