Problem delivery

Sacha Israel asked 5 years ago

I have a problem with my delivery, I alraydy sent you a message and you said me to go to my post office. They said to me that the order has been sent back to sender… I didn’t know that my order was to the post because I didn’t receive a notice by bpost
It is possible to reprogram a delivery ??

Hello Israel does not belong any ePacket departments.
In fact, unlike companies such as DHL, ePacket is a service that is provided by multiple companies. The only certainty is that your local post office is responsible for delivery services. As an economical parcel service, your post office did not inform you, and it is often the case.
